Vera Wang is proving age is just a number, and she's turning heads in the process.
The iconic 75-year-old designer made an appearance at the 2025 BAFTA Awards on Sunday, February 16, leaving fans and fashion lovers alike buzzing.
Wang appeared on the red carpet in a black and white gown of her own creation, which featured a cut-out that perfectly highlighted her toned abs. She completed the look with a sleek black bob and a heavy leather motorcycle jacket.

The fashion icon also shared some moments from the night on her Instagram, with one photo captioned: "WHEN ITS LITERALLY 30 degrees farenheit.......... OUTERWEAR is a REQUIREMENT! So............a HEAVY LEATHER MOMENT!" Fans quickly flocked to the comments to express their thoughts on her look.
"To be so fashionable AND warm, priceless! 🖤," one commented, while another fan stated, "Wow a breathtaking creation🔥🔥."
Another shared, "Love the short hair ! Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️."
Other users, however, accused Wang of photoshopping her photos, with comments like, "Why the photoshop though. 🙁," and "Why do you alter your photos? We've seen the real ones and you should be proud you still look good, are healthy and alive THE WAY YOU LOOK, no need to photoshop yourself! 🥰"
Another user stated, " miss the long platinum hair," referring to the night before, where Wang attended the BAFTA 2025 Nominees Party in a platinum blonde wig. She joked on Instagram in another photo, "Do blondes really have more fun?" following up her question with "If they are attending the BAFTA nominees RECEPTION...... at ..... The NATIONAL GALLERY... one the most beautiful buildings in LONDON!"
This isn't the first time Wang's photos on social media have caused a stir. Back in May 2024 Wang had a poolside photo go viral on Instagram with fans commenting on how young she looked in the image.
